5. **Check Controller Power**:
– Confirm that the controller’s power supply port is properly connected.
– Use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the power supply port of the controller and confirm that the power supply of the controller is normal.
6. **Check Backup Power Supply**:
– If there is a backup power supply, you can try replacing the power supply to confirm if there is no light due to power supply problems.
7. **Check System Initialization**:
– Turn off the power of the welding machine, wait a few minutes and then turn it back on to see if the system can start normally.
8. **Observe the Indicator Light and Display**:
– Check that the indicator light and display on the welding machine are displayed properly. If the indicator light doesn’t light up or the display doesn’t show, there may be a power supply problem.
